With a smooth texture, it can be eaten by the spoonful as a puree. It can be enjoyed in a wrap with goats’ cheese or as a healthy dip or as an alternative to mango chutney. Spoonfuls of FruTeto Mango can be used to make a salad dressing, as we did in our recipe for Mix Grain Salad with Avocado, Black Beans and Olives. For meat eaters, it goes surprisingly well with roast chicken or to make a sauce to pair with beef or pork.
