Blueberry Brownie Pancakes
- 1 cup sponge flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate oat milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp FruitTree Blueberry spread
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, stir the wet ingredients together.
- Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and combine until blended. Let the mixture rest for five minutes.
- Heat coconut oil or vegan butter in a pan over medium heat and pour about a half cup per pancake. Wait until bubbles appear on the top and then flip.
- Add FruitTree Blueberry spread as a topping.
