Delivery & Returns

1. UK Delivery

Processing and Dispatch:

  • Orders to UK addresses are processed by The Fruit Tree Ltd and dispatched from our UK warehouse.
  • Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 48 hours.

Courier:

  • We use DPD for all UK deliveries, providing a tracked service with delivery expected within 48 hours of dispatch. Some deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.
  • DPD usually delivers Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the address.

Delivery Costs:

  • The delivery cost depends on the size of your order:
    • England, Wales & Southern Scotland: 2-4 jars £4.65 5–11 jars £6.55 12+ jars £8.45
    • Scottish Highlands: 2-4 jars £7.99 5-11 jars £18.50 12+ jars £22.99
    • Northern Ireland: 2-4 jars £9.99 5–11 jars £19.99 12+ jars £24.99
  • A minimum order of two jars is required, which can be of the same or different flavours.

2. European Delivery

Processing and Dispatch:

  • Orders to European addresses are processed by il Frutteto Italia and dispatched from our warehouse in Italy, meaning no import duties or taxes are due.
  • Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 working days.

  • The delivery cost varies depending on the destination and size of the order and will be calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
  • A minimum order of two jars is required, which can be of the same or different flavours.

3. Delivery Delays

COVID-19 Impact:

  • Due to COVID-19, some couriers are experiencing delays because of staff shortages and increased demand. This may result in your parcel taking longer to arrive.
  • We will do our best to track your package. However, to avoid sending duplicates, we will wait at least 10 working days before considering a parcel lost or delayed.

Returns

Our Return Policy:

  • We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, and you wish to return any items, please email us at [email protected], explaining the reason for the return.
  • To be eligible for a full refund:
    • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Please include the original packing slip where possible so we can identify your order number.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • To obtain the returns address and further instructions, please email [email protected].
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the returned items are valued over £30 / €35, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, usually within five working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after five working days:
    • Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
    • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for such items, please email [email protected] for assistance.
  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.
