Handmade in Tuscany from sun-ripened whole strawberries and gently simmered with festive spices, it contains no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Simply the taste of Christmas without the excess!

Frutteto means ‘orchard’ in Italian as it is in the Tuscan hills near Florence that we make our healthy jams. We use handpicked, fully ripe, organic fruit sourced mainly from our local orchards. Of artisan quality, we cook our  jam gently at low temperature, in small batches to preserve the fresh fruit flavour, vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. Unlike the traditional way of cooking jams and preserves, which can destroy the goodness with harsh heat. All the fruit used is certified organic and is rigorously tested to ensure there are no residues of pesticides or of PFAS ‘forever’ chemicals.
