Blueberry Brownie Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sponge flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp Frutteto Blueberry spread

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir the wet ingredients together.
  3. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and combine until blended. Let the mixture rest for five minutes.
  4. Heat coconut oil or vegan butter in a pan over medium heat and pour about a half cup per pancake. Wait until bubbles appear on the top and then flip.
  5. Add Frutteto Blueberry spread as a topping.
