APRICOT (Prunus armeniaca)
Arab settlers were the first to cultivate apricots in Italy during the 10th century. They suit the Italian climate. Nowadays, Italy is the largest producer of apricots in Europe, with the harvest in June and July. Fresh apricots are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, are high in other antioxidants, most notably flavonoids, potassium and fibre.
Each jar is made with at least 7 organic apricots, a slice of organic apple, a drop of organic grape juice, a splash of organic lemon juice.
Nothing else is added. No refined sugar. No pectin. No additives. No preservatives.
The flavour? Musky with a faint tartness.

Great taste! The fruit texture is just right as it isn’t too runny and easily spreads even when storing it in the fridge. Taste is completely amazing, it literally tastes like apricots, which reminded me of summer!
